Silver Star’s trail builders have doubled the existing 35km/ 22 miles + network with the addition of the new 35+ km Beowulf. Bring your XC bike with you this summer and check out this incredible addition to the bike park.
The cross-country network at Silver Star mirrors the success and progression of the downhill trails, ranging in difficulty from beginner trails near the village to the Beowulf loop. We have a full-time trail crew that builds, maintains, and rides the XC network—100% of your trail pass is invested back into the trails.
The crown jewel in our cross-country trail network is the Beowulf trail, designated as an IMBA EPIC in 2017. The EPIC designation is reserved only for adventurous rides that are technically and physically challenging, beautiful to behold, and worthy of celebration. The 35 km EPIC loop takes riders along ridgelines, through cedar rainforests, and over grassy meadows as it winds its way from the village and back again, covering all of the incredible terrains Silver Star has to offer. A must-do ride for the discerning mountain biker.
Trail passes are required for riding this area and can be purchased at the ticket office.
