Beginning with meditation, this is a beginner friendly, mainly floor based practice where we will hold in postures for 3-5 minutes to allow the body time to open and for he muscles to lengthen and releases, finishing off with breathwork before our final resting pose Shavasana.
Please bring a mat or a towel and make sure you are warm and cozy.
