Wine Dinner

Indulge in an exquisite five-course meal, each expertly paired with a selection of local Okanagan wines. The night will be hosted by Head of Food and Beverage Franck Trutet.

Beetroot, goat’s cheese and pine nut crispbread paired with Le Vieux Pin Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course:
Asparagus with Parmesan, olive biscuit and hazelnuts paired with Phantom Creek Riesling
Third Course:
Seabass with Jerusalem Artichoke, Roasted garlic and red wine paired with Meyer B Field Pinot Noir
Fourth Course:
Rack of Lamb, Anchovies, edamame hummus, grilled lemon, sesame sauce paired with Second Chapter Syrah
Fifth Course:
Sous vide rhubarb, orange, baked custard and ginger paired with Mayhem Fortified Gewurztraminer
