Join us on Sunday July 5th for a stunning three-course lunch, each course paired perfectly with a glass of wine from the Okanagan Region. Lunch will be served outside in the village, so you can take in the stunning views! Enjoy a menu crafted by our Executive Chef Sam, and local wines selected by our Wine & Beverage Manager Honza.

1st Course: Frisee Lettuce, Guanciale, Fig, Walnuts, Smoked Gorgonzola Dressing.

2nd Course: Miso Caramel Confit Duck Leg, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Sourdough, Parsley.
Paired with – La Stella Sophia Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
3rd Course: Vanilla Gelato, Pressed Rhubarb, Balsamic, Basil
